The membership fee is your all-inclusive monthly bill, which covers room rental, utility bills, 1Gbps fibre broadband, weekly cleaning of shared spaces, maintenance assistance, access to exclusive member perks and benefits and a unique living experience.

They will need a copy of your passport and/or an official identity document and a copy of your valid visa/ employment pass.

The property is pet-friendly and they love their furry friends. Do ensure that they are given advance notice; pets are only allowed if prior approval from your housemates and the landlord is obtained.
