A guarantor will be responsible for putting right any breaches of tenancy, including non-payment of rent if the tenant fails to meet the tenancy obligations. If a UK guarantor cannot be provided, tenants may use Housing Hand, an external guarantor service that supports students studying in the UK. Please note: The guarantor will need to sign a Guarantor Agreement, which will be sent to them by email.
