1. To complete your booking, you will have to submit a Holding Deposit of £100 for your application. 2. On acceptance of the tenancy offer the holding fee will be deducted from the September payment and the rent account will be adjusted to reflect this.
For 25-26 AY:- 1. Payment in full. 2. Payment in instalments. Please note: Your first instalment payments are due before you move in around July.
