Property management will meet you on site and hand over the keys and apartment to you. Property recommends to email at least 2 weeks in advance to book an appointment to collect your keys. Staff are on site during normal office hours Monday - Friday. Management will try to accommodate any out of hours key collections if booked in advance.
What is included in my rent?
Do I have to pay Council Tax?
No, however you must register with Leeds City Council to be exempt from paying council tax.
What If I do not have a UK Guarantor?
Tenants who pay the full amount upfront do not need to provide a guarantor. If you are choosing to pay quarterly or monthly and need a guarantor, property would recommend using Housing Hands which for a fee, will act as a guarantor on your behalf.
What happens if I have a maintenance problem?
All tenants will have access to App where you can report any maintenance issues. You can also report any issues to on-site team during office hours Monday to Friday. Yes, property have cleaners on site most days to clean the communal areas. Property also provides a professional room cleaning starting from GBP 13.
