Do I need to be classified as a student for the entirety of my contract with the property?

Yes, to be a resident at the property they need to have a current and valid COE (confirmation of enrollment- but NOT offer letter) / student ID from the date they apply for their room and throughout their entire stay as per the dates on their contract agreement.

What do I do if I, or my family need somewhere to stay prior to checking into the property?

If they or their family need somewhere to stay for a couple of nights to a week, or rest their head after coming in from a late-night flight then why not book at Essence Suites Taringa. Offering fully furnished suites that give them the freedom to relax in a place away from home.

Do I need to organise my own Contents Insurance?

Yes. This is not included in their rental payments.

What are their check-in times and days?
