I've stayed with Southbank approximately 4 months so far. The obvious things to say are that it's a good location and the facilities are fairly modern. What you might not see from the outside is that there's good staff working here. There's a positive culture here and the opportunity to make some genuine friends and good experiences. That's not an easy thing to achieve but they manage it. The management makes a big effort to take care of the guests and maintain that culture. Definitely recommend it.

As an international student from Ireland, moving so far away from home was incredibly daunting, especially considering the prospects of doing it alone. However, through various included trips & events, incredible facilities and amazing staff, it has developed a warm & welcoming community for all! Best experience of my life!!

For a young boy to travel a large distance to stay away from home and become an adult, not only were the staff accommodating to literally all stress and anxiety, the staff were so comforting; it felt like a family away from home. Through the processes of moving in and moving rooms, the gorgeous people at the reception were so receptive and listened to my heart and emotions and were able to adjust a change to best suit me. It's super clear that tenant happiness is their first priority. Such a great place. I highly recommend it! <3
