Access to the Property
The guest shall allow Venus Hostels to access the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Venus Hostels shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.
Personal Belongings
Venus Hostels is not responsible for any loss or damage of the guests personal belongings at the property. Venus Hostels will aim to provide secure premises at all times with digital locks and CCTV, which is restricted to authorised representatives only. Venus Hostels will urge any guests to ensure that their personal and valuable belongings are locked away securely and take any appropriate travel insurance to cover the loss of personal belongings.
Amenities
Venus Hostels is not responsible for any technical issues where there are difficulties in accessing the internet or other amenities but will make its effort in providing the service.
Privacy Policy
For the guest's privacy and safety, Venus Hostels will not disclose the identity, room number, or presence of a guest to anyone unless it is requested by appropriate law enforcement.
Hostel Policy - requires signature
Guests hereby agree to follow the above policies during their stay with Venus Hostels and understands that any violation of the policy will lead to termination of the agreement, and an immediate cancellation of your stay with no refund, forfeiting your deposit and may charge fines accordingly to the violation made.
Room & Bed Policy
Exchanging and transferring of rooms and/or beds are not permitted without informing Venus Hostels as significant amount confusion and inconvenience is caused for the other guests and administration.
1. The property requires 1 week's rent as deposit & will be kept until the end of their stay, in case they damage the property or require additional payment.
2. This is refundable at the end of their stay, but they prefer to use deposit towards their last week of their stay (as the refund period has taken longer than 6 months depending on their credit card company).
Rent must be paid weekly, in advance.
Please note: For bookings made between October and March, the rent is required to be paid in full at the time of booking.

The property does not require for you to have a guarantor to book a room.
The property does not offer any cooling off period, all contracts are legal & binding.
Please note: For bookings made between October and March, tenants who are required to pay for their entire stay upfront are eligible for a 48-hour cancellation period.
