Any deductions for damages or outstanding charges will be outlined in your tenancy agreement. Refunds can take up to 28 working days to process. 4. Your deposit is securely held by a recognised scheme, such as the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (England and Wales) or Safe Deposits Scotland. You’ll receive an email with your deposit repayment ID, which you’ll need to authorise your refund and provide your bank details. Please note: 1. All refunds are issued in GBP, and additional fees may apply if you're using a non-UK bank account. 2. Prestige Student Living cannot influence the deposit refund process. Please include your full name and student ID as the payment reference. Note that international transfers may incur additional charges from your bank, so please account for this when making payment. To request our bank details or confirm payment instructions, please contact your property team. Please Note: Important Payment Information: 1. You will never be asked to make a payment to any bank account other than the official one provided by your property team. 2. Cash payments are not accepted under any circumstances.
For AY 25-26 & AY 26-27: A. The property requires you to have a valid UK Guarantor if you wish to pay in installments. B. If you are unable to provide your own UK Guarantor, the property recommends the service of Housing Hand. C. The property does not accept international guarantors.
