The shared spaces are still open, however with strict protocol in line with Government advice. What is included in my room?

Rooms, studios, flats and apartments come furnished with most bedrooms having access to either an en-suite or private bathroom. Bedroom spaces have been designed with you in mind, featuring a good amount of storage space (either built in or free standing) as well as comfy ottoman beds. Each of our properties is different. They are inclusive of all stages of the renting lifecycle. they have a mixture of rooms, 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments. You can choose to rent a room or an entire apartment it's up to you.

What activities does Gravity offer?

Events and activities are varied and tailored to the community within each property, but they are always selected around our key community pillars, personal and group wellbeing, meaningful engagement and professional growth. Like a HIIT class on a Wednesday, networking session on a Friday and cocktail making on a Saturday.

How is rent paid?

Rent is paid at the start of each month via direct debit or our Utrust cryptocurrency payment method. The process is monitored by HQ and all invoices sent via email.

How do I cancel my membership?

Property hope that our members will never need to cancel, but they understand that circumstances can change. Any membership at Property  is as flexible as it gets. Should you need to leave us on very short notice, they  are here to help find the best solution.

What is the minimum length stay?

The length of stay usually starts from 3 months upwards. However, please get in touch if you are interested in a shorter stay they are very flexible and will do all they can to create a customised contract that suits your needs.

How much is the deposit?

Deposits vary depending on location, length of stay and income level. Please get in touch for a full breakdown of the refundable deposit.

I am relocating for work – can my company receive the invoices and pay?

Yes, they work directly with several businesses to make relocating as easy as possible for their employees. Please provide us with your company's details and they will arrange everything, so you don't have to.

Is there security?

All our properties have CCTV, safes and key-only access to different areas of the building. they also offer 24/7 security support to all our members.

Are pets allowed?

Sometimes! they have to review whether it is possible depending on the size of the pet and the building, apartment or room booked.

Can I have friends over?

Friends and family are always welcome into Gravity. Some of our buildings require guests to sign in and out at reception, others do not require so. If you have guests who would like to stay the night and they have rooms available, they can benefit from our friends & family discounted pricing.

Do you have extra storage?

They have some extra storage on-site and they work with storage partners for larger items. Let us know your needs and they will work out the best way to store your belongings at the best possible rates.
