For 26-27 AY:- 1. A valid UK guarantor is required if you wish to pay for the property in installments. 2. International guarantors are not accepted. 3. If you cannot provide a UK guarantor, the property recommends using the Housing Hand service. Please note: 1. The guarantor must be over 18 years old and a permanent resident of the UK. 2.
