Pay In Instalment

The rent is due every 1st of every month, or 1 month from every check-in date, whatever is mentioned in contract. i) We charge you the rent on a pro-rata basis from the date mentioned in the contract. Eg. if you check in between a month, you don’t have to pay rent for whole month, just the no. of days you lived in it post check in.

Guarantor Requirement

Both Domestic and International Guarantor, 3rd Party Guarantor. Can use any third party guarantor like Garantme or Parents can be guarantor too.

What’s the minimum duration of stay I can book?

Absolutely! Subject to availability, we can arrange options such as booking nearby studios so you can stay close to each other.

What if I decide to leave the apartment during the contract time?

You can leave before the contract ends by providing a 2-month notice. In case of emergencies, earlier termination may be considered.

When is the rent due?

The rent for each month is due on the 25th of the previous month. For example, May’s rent is due on April 25th. If you move in later, a pro-rata invoice will be provided.
