The rent does not include laundry services. There is a launderette on the property, with costs ranging from AUD$4 to AUD$5 per wash or dry cycle, depending on the property.

Cancellations After Lease Commencement You will be required to sign a Residential Tenancy Agreement, Rooming House Agreement, Occupancy Agreement prior to arrival. Once the Residential Tenancy Agreement, Rooming House Agreement or Occupancy Agreement is signed, the terms and conditions of the Tenancy Agreement, Rooming House Agreement or License to Occupy will then apply and supersede any other conditions of cancellation policy. The Residential Tenancy Agreement, Rooming House Agreement or Occupancy Agreement is a legally binding document, which if broken will incur penalties. Where a resident believes they cannot stay in the room or continue to pay the Rent/Occupancy Fee, they must notify Y Suites management in writing and complete a lease break form as soon as possible.
