To accept this offer you will be required to pay the first month’s rental and for any additional service options that you choose. Before you move into the accommodation, a bond equal to one month’s rental will be required
What kind of contracts does this accommodation offer?
6 and 12 month leases, however from time to time we are able to offer shorter lease periods.
