1. Should a material circumstances that may affect or Extreme circumstance affected your check in date relating to student offer or visa.

2. You will be entitle to: 

• one free check in date change ( Minimum 5 days notice before check in date with official offer/visa supporting document) 

• a cancellation fee of AUS$150 will be charged if booking cancel. ( Less than 5 days notice before check in date with official offer/visa supporting document)

3. If you applied for accommodation and your Student Visa or offer did not get approved, you will get a full refund (Minimum 5 days notice before check in date with official offer/visa supporting document)

Early termination by students

For 26-27 AY:-

If you were to terminate your agreement (after the commencement date of your agreement), these are the costs associated with your early termination

You as the Resident will be charged:

• 2 weeks Rent

• Reasonable Cleaning

• Reasonable advertising and reletting costs in relation to the Premises which will not exceed of AUS $700.00 (this is subject to quarterly review); and 

• Reasonable sundry charges.


NOTE : - You are required to give to property at least a minimum of 28 days written notice of intention to terminate and vacate or in lieu of that notice an amount equal to 14 days rent shall be payable by the Resident. The written notice must be sent to property management. Any notice received after 5pm local time AEST will be taken to have been served on the next business day.
