About the Property

House Share Melbourne offers short and long term share accommodation throughout inner city Melbourne.  Our homes are fully furnished and most are located less than 5km from the city (CBD) of Melbourne and no more than 20 minutes on the tram.

We have a variety of guests; Australians moving interstate, business professionals, post and undergraduate students and overseas visitors.

All our properties have easy parking and come equipped with all that you would expect to have in your home.   TV’s, refrigerators, cooking facilities, dining areas, outdoor areas with BBQ facilities in beautiful gardens.  All have unlimited, fast internet. They are professionally cleaned once or twice a week.

Our homes are situated in the City of Melbourne (CBD) and in the inner suburbs of Richmond, Brunswick, Fitzroy, St Kilda, Armadale, Caulfield and Malvern. All within 100 metres of a tram or train and are close to good shopping and restaurants.

Each property provides safe and clean accommodation for residents in private exclusive fully furnished rooms but with shared kitchen, dining and lounge facilities.
