For bookings of 4 weeks or more, an initial payment equal to 4 weeks' rent plus a 4-week bond is required. For bookings of less than 4 weeks, full payment is required upfront. A $100 key deposit is required for bookings of less than or equal to 4 weeks.

Additional Fees
Optional cooling fan rental is available for $30 for the entire stay. Heating charges apply from June to September and are compulsory. Shared rooms are charged $10 per week for heating. Single rooms are charged $15 per week for heating. Airport pick-up is available for $120 per person and must be booked in advance. Students may rent a bed set for $60 or bring their own. A one-time check-out cleaning fee applies.
