Such a wonderful experience! Customer care is spot on! We got delayed to reach Melbourne due to our flight getting canceled and Aurora reservations team was so helpful to arrange a very late check-in (2 am) and late checkout for us. Front office member was so welcoming to all our questions and requests and even managed to move things around to give us a room at 28th floor when we asked at check-in.
