    1. Once you sign the tenancy, you lose the right to cancel the booking. 2. You are liable for the full rent unless a suitable replacement is found to take over your tenancy agreement. 3.     Students can now book accommodation without a visa on one condition : They must notify us no less than 3 weeks prior to the scheduled move in date if they wish to cancel the booking. Failure to provide notice will result in the losing their deposit (necessary break fees will apply). They will be refunded 100 percentage of their deposit if cancellation procedures are followed.
