If something changes and your tenancy agreement needs to be updated, then a fee to amend the tenancy is applicable, where you request the change, which will be £50.00 per change, or reasonable costs incurred if the work involved amounts to more than £50.00. 4.     To reserve one of your studios, the property requires a refundable holding deposit to be paid. This holding deposit will be the equivalent of one week’s rent (calculated by monthly rent X 12 / 52) and is refunded back to you by deducting it from your first rent payment, which is due before your tenancy starts. It will be refundable after 15 calendar days if property team decide not to rent the property to you, however, should you provide false or misleading information, fail referencing, withdraw your application or you fail to take reasonable steps to enter into an agreement within these 15 days, this deposit will be withheld, and the property will be remarketed.
