To reserve one of your studios, the property requires a refundable holding deposit to be paid. This holding deposit will be the equivalent of one week’s rent (calculated by monthly rent X 12 / 52) and is refunded back to you by deducting it from your first rent payment, which is due before your tenancy starts.
