I moved there last summer, and so far, I'm super happy with this place. It's such a great place to live. The first thing worth mentioning - is the location, it's close to the city centre and big supermarkets like Sainsbury's or Asda. There are plenty of amenities that you wouldn't get on campus, such as a social area with a pool table and gaming consoles or a gym that also serves as a multimedia room. The Resident's Team deserves a special mention. Lovely people who take care of this place and organize various events. Highly recommended 👍

Really lovely and approachable staff working on reception, very good condition of rooms which are spacious and modern, and clean kitchen. Great location with a 7-10 minute walk to the bus station and town. Amazing view of Canterbury Cathedral in gold en-suite and great to live with people from both UKC and CCCU. Bear in mind that there is a 30 minute walk to UKC campus but would 100% recommend!!

Overall it was a wonderful experience with Amber as they charge no extra fees for helping you out in the process of searching an accommodation for you. My advisor was amazing, he was quick in the responses and listened to all my requirements carefully and tried his best to fulfill it. I was able to book a right type of an accommodation, even when I was a bit late in the process due to a delay in my Student Visa. Thank you!
