1. If you do not achieve the required grades for your chosen university, you may cancel under this policy:
a) notify property management within 5 calendar days of your results being published.

b) Where applicable, a UCAS acceptance letter or confirmation of enrolment at an alternative university
3. If you attend a different university in a city where property operates, you may transfer your booking (subject to availability and price differences).

If you wish to leave your tenancy, you must arrange a replacement tenant:
a) Replacement must be a full-time student at a specified educational establishment.
b) Replacement must sign a TA and provide all required documents.

Tenancy Cancellation Due to Medical Conditions
If a pre-existing medical condition was declared at the time of application to the Accommodation Team and may impact your ability to continue the tenancy, this will be considered on a case-by-case basis when a cancellation request is submitted.

Medical conditions not disclosed at the time of application cannot be considered as grounds for cancellation.
Notification of a medical condition does not guarantee that the tenancy will be cancelled.
All requests will be reviewed in line with the tenancy terms and contractual obligations.
After your time with them at the accommodation I am sure it will be difficult to leave them behind! Your latest check out date is the end date of your tenancy. You are able to leave prior to your tenancy end date, you will just need to sign at Reception to inform the onsite property team that you have left and do not intend on returning.

The Accommodation does charge for damages in the rooms and communal areas. In the kitchen this is a shared space with shared responsibilities and unless one person takes full responsibility (and therefore the full charge), then this will be split between all people in the cluster.
