If your university, college, or school has delayed or suspended the start date, or the university does not offer face to face learning, you are entitled to either defer or cancel your booking

If you satisfy the conditions, you can delay your booking until the following semester or year provided you let the property management know at least 14 days before arrival. For semester deferrals, the same terms from your original booking will apply. For year deferrals, new terms may apply as negotiated between you and the management.

Delayed Arrivals & travel restrictions

If your scheduled flight is cancelled due to COVID-19 and there are no alternative flights (either directly to Australia or via a 3rd country) available for a period of 8 weeks from your scheduled flight date, or if there is a travel ban preventing you from departing your country or arriving in Australia within 8 weeks of your scheduled move-in date.

If you satisfy the above Cancellation Conditions, you can cancel your booking by emailing the property management at least 14 days before your scheduled move-in date and providing supporting documents. If they are satisfied that the Cancellation Conditions listed above applies, they will provide a full refund of your deposit and any pre-paid rent, less a AUD 500 administration fee.

Other cancellation policies

If you cancel your booking with the property management in any other circumstance than where one of the above Cancellation Condition applies, the deposit is not refundable. The property management will refund any pre-paid rent in full.
