The security deposit and the first month's rent must be paid within 5 days of receiving the rental contract after approval. Failure to pay within this timeframe may result in the reservation being cancelled.

Rent is due monthly on the 1st of each month. Automatic recurring payments are encouraged. The card or account used for the holding fee is stored as the default payment method for future rent instalments. If a recurring instalment fails, it is automatically retried 7 days after the due date. Residents are responsible for keeping payment details valid and ensuring sufficient funds are available.

A guarantor is required for every lease. The guarantor must be tax-resident in France. The guarantor must have income of at least 2× the monthly rent before any discount. Proof of income, such as payslips or activity reports, depending on the guarantor's situation. If the guarantor is not tax-resident in France, a corporate guarantor is required. The property's preferred corporate guarantor partner is GarantMe, which issues a guarantee certificate after a successful eligibility check.
An additional €110 per month applies to Bronze, Silver, and Gold studios shared with a roommate.
