Note: The first month of your lease is considered a “waiting month” – housing assistance is not granted or paid during this period.     Apartments in the property’s residences are rented furnished, so you are not allowed to remove any furniture from the unit. However, you are free to rearrange the furniture as you like. Before you move out, everything must be returned to its original position.

    Can I keep my apartment during the summer months?

    You may keep your rental over the summer. Rent remains the same during this period (depending on the residence). Keeping your apartment allows you to avoid paying new application fees and repeating entry/exit inventories.
