Payment and Fees
Booking Deposit
A €300 Booking Fee is required to secure the accommodation. The Booking Fee converts into a Damage Deposit once the tenancy commences. The Booking Fee is refunded in full if cancelled before countersigning or within the applicable Cooling Off period, provided the tenant has not moved in. On ordinary cancellations after the Cooling Off period, a €50 administration charge is retained from the Booking Fee.
Security Deposit
The €300 Booking Fee converts into a Damage Deposit once the tenancy commences. The Damage Deposit is refundable at the end of the tenancy, less any deductions for Payment policies - Corkrent, damage, or other outstanding charges.
Pay In Instalment
Rent may be paid in full or in 8 instalments. A 51-week booking requires 9 instalments. The first instalment is due on 1 August 2026.

Guarantor Requirement
All applicants must nominate a guarantor aged over 18. The guarantor must not live with the applicant, except where the guarantor is a parent or guardian. The guarantor must not be in another Fresh-managed property. A guarantor is not required when the full year's rent is paid upfront.
Additional Fees
A €100 administration fee applies for changing rooms after the tenancy has started. A €50 administration charge is retained from the Booking Fee for ordinary cancellations after the Cooling Off period. A replacement-tenant processing fee applies.
