Your holding fee will be retained, but no further charges will apply. Cooling Off Period

You may cancel within 3 days of receiving your booking confirmation. Your holding fee will be refunded in full.

Replacement Tenant Accepted

You may cancel if you find a suitable replacement to take over your agreement. Your holding fee will be retained, and you will remain liable for any licence fees due until the replacement moves in.
