    For 25-26 AY & 26-27 AY:- 1. To pay in instalments, you are required to provide a qualified UK Guarantor. 2. Housing Hand (a third-party company) can act as your guarantor if you do not have a qualified UK Guarantor. The Housing Hand guarantor service can be selected during your tenancy application. 3. The property does not accept international guarantors. Please note: The property reserves the right to reject nominated Guarantor applications if the requested information is not provided and the nominated Guarantor does not meet the minimum requirements.     Security Deposit

    For 25-26 AY & 26-27 AY:- 1. You need to pay a deposit (GBP 150 for En-suites and GBP 200 for Studio) to secure your room with the property. 2. This will be refunded, within 10 days, to you at the end of your tenancy period less any rental arrears or costs for damage caused to your room/communal areas. Note: The deposit amount is subject to change based on availability.

    For 25-26 AY & 26-27 AY:- Property Management offers dual occupancy in all studio units. An additional fee of £50 per week will apply.
