In such case you will remain liable for payment of the Deposit payment.</p>
Early termination by students
<p><strong>A. </strong>The licence shall end on the earliest of:</p> <p>1. Notice in writing being given in accordance with clause 7</p> <p>2. The End Date; or</p> <p>3. You failing to make those payments on their due dates for payment or within seven (7) calendar days of their due dates for payment;</p> <p>OR</p> <p>4. You failing failing to make those payments on their due dates for payment; or</p> <p>5. the expiry of not less than 48 hours’ notice given by them to you at any time on breach of any of your obligations, or</p> <p>6. the expiry of not less than 48 hours’ notice given by them to you at any time on:</p> <p>a. You provide notice to them pursuant to clause 7, or</p> <p>b. on you ceasing to undertake a full or part time course of study at an academic institution recognised by the UK government during the License Period;</p> <p>OR</p> <p>7. the expiry of not less than 48 hours’ notice given by them to you at any time on breach of any of your obligations set out in the Residence Contract.</p> <p><strong>B.</strong> Termination of this license shall not affect the rights of either party in connection with any breach of any obligation under this licence which existed at or before the date of termination.</p> <p><strong>C.</strong> In the event that this license terminates, the full balance of the License Fee shall be due and payable immediately by you.</p> <p><strong>D.</strong> Unless otherwise stated in this agreement, in the case of termination, you shall be liable to pay;</p> <p>a. License Fee,</p> <p>b. Bedding and Service Fee</p> <p><strong>Please note: </strong>All the above mentioned clauses are referenced in the property's Terms and Conditions section.</p>

<p>If you wish to be released from the contract, you may request to find a replacement tenant to take over the remainder of the Licence Period.
