Theres also plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, and a local shopping centre where you can spend time taking a break from your studies! If foods on your mind, youre only a 20 minute walk from the closest supermarket so its easy to stock up on snacks.
If thats not enough, Cork city centre is a bus ride away, so youll never be short of new things to do or places to explore during your time here.

The name says it all! These are the biggest en suites you can choose. With a single bed, plenty of desk space and storage for your belongings, these suit the student who needs plenty of room to stretch. You will be joining an apartment of 4, 5 or 7 students living together. Some of these have been adapted for accessiblity with wet room en-suites.
These incredible rooms combine the benefits of the Standard En Suite, but with that bit of extra room. These apartments are either 3, 4 or 6 bedrooms and like all our apartments you will be sharing a modern and spacious kitchen.
You will find everything you need in our standard en-suites. The luxury of your own bathroom with a single bed, desk space and all the storage you would need! Standard En-Suite are on every floor of the residence and are in a 3 - 8 bedroom apartment.
These bedrooms have all the benefits of our premium accessible rooms but smaller apartments. Perfect for a bit more privacy for friends who want to share!
All of these bedrooms can be adapted for accessiblity and have a wet room en-suite.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Bookings made prior to 1 June 2021If you sign your Licence to Reside prior to 1 June 2021 and you have not collected the keys to your Room, you may cancel your Licence, by giving notice in writing or by e-mail to the Residence Manager at the Property, with no penalty up until 1 June 2021. Once they receive such a notice, they will confirm receipt, cancel your Licence and will refund your Advance Room Fee Payment of 300.00.
Bookings made on or after 1 June 2021If you sign your Licence to Reside on or after 1 June 2021 and you have not collected the keys to your Room, you may cancel your Licence, by giving notice in writing or by e-mail to the Residence Manager at the Property, at any time within the period of fourteen (14) days of the date on which you sign your Licence to Reside (the Cooling-Off Period). Once they receive such a notice, they will confirm receipt, cancel your Licence and will refund your Advance Room Fee Payment of 300.
Cancelling outside the Cooling-Off PeriodOutside the Cooling-Off Period, you may request to cancel your Licence to Reside, by notice in writing or by e-mail to the Residence Manager at the Property. However, you will remain liable for the Room Fee payable under the Licence to Reside until a suitable replacement student has been found.
Cancelling as you do not receive your visaIf you are not successful in being awarded a visa to travel and study, then they can help. Firstly, they may be able to transfer you to another one of our residences around the globe if you are going to study elsewhere. If you are not going to study elsewhere or they do not have accommodation available in your new city/town of study, they will release you from your Licence to Reside provided the following criteria are met:
- You submit your request to cancel, in writing or by e-mail to the Residence Manager at the Property, within 3 days of your visa rejection letter; and
- You provide the Residence Manager with a copy of your rejection letter from the embassy or visa office.
One less worry if you dont receive your points
This is applicable to prospective first-year undergraduate students onlyIf you are not successful in obtaining your place at your chosen University, then dont worry, they can help. Firstly, they may be able to transfer you to another one of our residences if you are going to study elsewhere. If you are not going to study elsewhere or they do not have accommodation available in your new city/town of study, they will release you from your Licence to Reside provided the following criteria are met:
- You submit your request to cancel, in writing or by e-mail to the General Manager at the Property, before 18 August 2021; and
- You provide the Residence Manager with a copy of your rejection letter from the University or CAO.
Once they have your request, they will confirm receipt and refund your Advance Room Fee Payment of 300
