A Booking Deposit equal to two (2) weeks' Fee is required to reserve the Room after the application is approved. The Room is secured once the Booking Deposit is received. The Booking Deposit is credited in full toward the applicant's first Fee instalment. Payment details for the Booking Deposit are provided after the application is approved.
Security Deposit
A Security Deposit (Bond) equal to two (2) weeks' Fee is required before commencement of the stay. The Security Deposit is refundable at the end of the occupation, subject to deductions for damage or unpaid amounts under the Occupancy Agreement.
Guarantor Requirement
A Parent/Guardian Financial Guarantee is provided for applicants whose parent or guardian agrees to support them financially. The guarantor guarantees the applicant's obligations under the Occupancy Agreement, including Fees, the Booking Deposit, Security Deposit, damage, cleaning, repair, replacement, lost key card, false fire alarm, break fees, and other applicable charges. The guarantee remains in force for the entire term of the Occupancy Agreement, including renewal, extension, or Booking-over periods, until the applicant's obligations have been fully performed.
