The house has 3 rooms one room is for storage and other room is for housemate. The room has queen bed, bedside tables, lamp, desk, office chair, couch, ceiling fan and shelving.
Large back yard and lovely front yard. Separate bathroom and toilet.
Furnished main area, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dryer. Kitchen has all the pots, pans, cutlery etc plus I have a variety of kitchen gadgets. Air conditioner in lounge area only.
Off street parking in quiet street, close to bus stops either Torrens Road or Days Road. Arndale shopping centre not far either. Easy drive to city too.

Bond required $1130.00 plus 2 weeks up front rent. I would recommend in putting aside $30/week that should cover cost of quarterly utilities (gas, power, water).
