Am I allowed to decorate the apartment without penalty?

You are free to decorate your apartment but keep in mind that you are responsible for returning it back to the condition in which you received it. Avoid making any holes larger than a dime. If you paint, walls must be returned to their original color prior to move out.

Their Service Techs are on-site 24/7. Usually work orders are done with in 24 hours or less.

To add a dog or cat to your lease you must submit updated vaccination records and a photo to management. You must sign the pet addendum and pay a nonrefundable pet fee. Pet fees are $325 for 1 or 2 cats; $650 for 1 dog or $750 for two dogs. Dog breed restrictions apply. There is a two pet max per apartment; caged animals are not permitted.
