To accept this offer you will be required to pay the first month’s rental and for any additional service options that you choose. Before you move into WSU Campbelltown Village, a bond equal to one month’s rental will be required. If you need any further information please do not hesitate to contact them.

A fully furnished apartment, all utilities are included, access to unlimited internet and wifi through WSU and use of our common facilities.

Yes, The resident must pay an Application Fee of $110 to secure their apartment, this is to be paid upon acceptance of an offer of accommodation.
