A new residence on the Teatinos campus, with good services, although some, such as personal laundry paid, are very clean and well-cared for. Very good atmosphere. The only but is the price, it is not cheap, although compared to others in the area it is worth it. Very well connected with the centre and with the rest of the campus. Metro and bus are a few meters away. Supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants are very close. Highly recommended.

Great experience. I have been living in the Xior residence in Malaga, and the truth is that it has exceeded my expectations... the super modern room with 10 views. It is TOP. The super delicious food is made at the moment, and the staff make you feel at home, from reception, cleaning... the guys in the restaurant. The truth is highly recommended... especially if you go to the UMA; it is barely 5 minutes from everything.
