Pets are generally not permitted in the apartment. However, in exceptional cases, approval may be obtained from the landlord. If permission is granted: An additional fee of €100 per month will be charged as a pet fee. The tenant will be fully responsible for any damage caused by the pet to the apartment, furniture, or appliances. In case the apartment requires extra cleaning due to the pet, the associated costs will also be borne by the tenant.

Payment and Fees
1st month’s rent and 1 month security deposit.

The rent is due every 1st of every month, or 1 month from every check-in date, whatever is mentioned in contract. i) We charge you the rent on a pro-rata basis from the date mentioned in the contract. Eg. if you check in between a month, you don’t have to pay rent for whole month, just the no. of days you lived in it post check in.
