Intro
Charles Street offers many types of room types. This property can accommodate up to 18 people and it has 2 Triple Rooms, 2 Quadruple Rooms, 2 Twin Bunk Bed Rooms, 3 Toilets and 3 Shower rooms.
The minimum and maximum stay is 4 week to 25 weeks.
All bills are included in your rent plus you also get Dishes, Utensils, Kettle, Refrigerator, Toaster, Dining Area, Microwave in your kitchen. Apart from these, you get Linens, Lockers.
Facilities include fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Free high-speed Wi-Fi and bedding for an authentic Irish self-catering experience.
100 is a security deposit against possible damages. This amount will be returned to guests after leaving the property in the original conditions. A bank transfer will be done within 48h from check-out for European IBAN.
For the Non-European account, will be refunded by cash every Wednesday after their check-out.

Booking Info:
- Euro 200 to book the accommodation.
- Student pays Euro 100 refundable deposit while checking in.
Cancellation Policy
- After booking to 3 weeks before of the customer arrival we will keep Euro 200
- Less than 3 weeks of the customer arrival, we will keep 10% of the
total amount (minimum 300 euro)
- Less than 1 week of the customer arrival, we will keep 50% of the
total amount
- Less than 24 hours of the customer arrival, we will keep the whole
payment.
