For 26-27 AY:-
1. A cooling-off period of 24 hours applies from the time the student agreement is signed
2. A full refund of the security deposit and advance license fee will be issued.
3. No replacement is required.
For 26-27 AY:-
1. The student must provide a 60-day written notice prior to cancellation or early move-out.
2. Rent will continue to be charged during the notice period.
3. The student must arrange for a replacement tenant to avoid extended liability.
4. If the student is unable to find a replacement and requests property assistance, a €750 tenant finder’s fee applies.
5. Once the replacement student has signed their license contract, paid their deposit and advance license fee and checked in:
a) The booking of the tenant will be cancelled
b) Any overpaid license fee will be refunded after adjusting for damages or unpaid dues and the deposit is forfeited as a cancellation fee.
For 26-27 AY:-
1. The student must arrange for a replacement tenant to avoid extended liability.
2. If the student is unable to find a replacement and requests the management's assistance, a €750 tenant finder’s fee applies.
3. This fee must be paid before property begins the process of finding a replacement.
4. The refund terms remain the same (advance license fee refunded upon successful replacement; deposit forfeited).
