2. You must provide a written rejection letter from your chosen university/college to them.

1. If you have any extenuating circumstances that prevent you taking your place at University or your room with them, you will need to provide evidence of your circumstances.
2. Cases of this nature are considered on a case by case basis by the property, please contact the residence you booked at to enquire and to understand what evidence they may require.
For 25-26 & 26-27 AY: -
In the unlikely event that the property have to cancel your booking, they will notify you in writing and provide you with alternative accommodation. If the alternative accommodation is not suitable, you will have the option to cancel your booking and receive a full refund of any rent paid.
