This accommodation is some of the best accommodation you can get near Curtin University. Their property has some really good amenities like a single bed, study desk and chair, wardrobe, WiFi, TV, fan, ironing board, heater lamp, fully fitted kitchen, en-suite bathroom, free high-speed Wi-Fi for Curtin students, and off-peak Curtin Stadium gym membership. Every month, they also host a variety of interesting events for students to unwind from their studies and daily lives. 

The nicest feature about this lodging is that it is just near the Waterford Plaza shopping center, so you'll always have a place to purchase for your urgent requirements. There are also several restaurants and pubs around, such as Varsity, Kitchen Inn Express, Mikasa, and others, where you may go for breakfast or supper with your friends. If you want to go on an adventure, you should travel to Jacob's Ladder, where you can get a panoramic view of the city, and then go shopping at Elizabeth Quay. It's a waterside entertainment complex featuring shopping, cafés, boat cruises, and art and museums on an inlet. 

There is excellent public transportation right outside the accommodation; catch a bus from bus stops Walanna Dr Before Lowan Loop Sth or Gillon St Before Kardan Ct, both of which are within a 5-minute walk. 

Cancellation Policy :-  

If you need to cancel your booking you can do so by emailing them before your contract start date. The Administration Fee and a one-week cancellation fee will apply. The remaining balance of any payments will be refunded to you. 

Cancellations on or after your contract start date will be considered an early termination and only be applicable if: 

 -You have withdrawn from Curtin University, or, 

 -There are exceptional extenuating circumstances. 

The process for early terminations is outlined in the Accommodation Agreement in further detail. 

Special circumstances for cancellation: 

First years at Curtin University have the option to cancel their contract up until 14 days prior to their contract start date without penalty. This cancellation can be processed, and the balance of payments refunded to you, provided that documentation is received by the reservations team at least 14 days prior to the contract start date. This documentation must confirm non-acceptance/deferral of Curtin University's offer or failure to be offered a place at Curtin University.
