The staff are ALWAYS lovely, they remember my name always, always help me out with a smile, quick to reply to emails. They have fun events set up regularly and make an effort to make sure everyone feels comfortable in their home and with their roommates. The free candy and fruit in the main office is definitely a plus. Really great team and its always a pleasure to see them, even if there is an issue, they handle it quickly and effectively. Sad to leave so soon!
