1. The property requires you to pay 2 weeks' rent to reserve your room at the time of booking. 2. This amount will be offset against your rental payment.

1. You are required to pay a bond equivalent to 4 weeks rent before checking in. 2. This will be refunded at the end of the tenancy provided you have no outstanding rent, damages to the room or cleaning fees. 3. If you book a short-stay you do not need to pay a bond but you will have to pay a $100 admin fee.

If you are in a shared apartment, you cannot have any overnight guests. If you are in a studio apartment and would be happy to share your double bed, you can have a guest for a night or two. We have a strict policy regarding guests sleeping on the floor due to this being a fire safety regulation.
Yep! Common spaces are all open 24/7. You can also book the space if you would like a guaranteed time.
Yes, we offer high-speed Wi-Fi as standard in all rooms, and it’s also available in our social spaces and communal areas.
All apartments are fitted with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven/microwave and certain ones with a cooktop. Other appliances may depend on the type of room you book with. Vacuum cleaners, mops, irons and ironing boards are available to hire free of charge
They have on-site laundry facilities for you to use whenever you need them during your stay.
The residences that include a gym on-site have free weights and/or weight training equipment, cardiovascular equipment and yoga mats. Some of our properties also have fitness suites with more specialised equipment or dance/yoga studios!
Their reception team is always on hand to accept your parcels and signed-for items, so you never miss a delivery. they’ll also send you an email reminder when your package is ready for collection.

You are responsible for cleaning in your apartment, along with your roommates if you have them.
Most of bike storage is inside their secure properties, so only residents can gain access. However, in some residences bike storage is outside on campus and where possible away from the main streets. In all cases, they recommend using a secure bike lock for extra security.
They have staff available 24 hours a day, so if you ever have a request, a member of their residence team can help you day or night.
All of the entrances to residences are access controlled as well as monitored by CCTV 24 hours a day, and all apartment doors secured with electronic locks operated with a key fob. they also aim to always have resident teams on site should you ever need extra support.
The safety of our students is very important to us. They have fire alarm tests and inspections on fire safety practices regularly across all of their residences.
The 2-bedroom shared apartment has its own private kitchen. Only the 2-bed co-living type does not have a kitchen (just a bathroom and toilet). Communal kitchens are available on floors with shared co-living flats, except for the top two floors, which do not have communal kitchens.
Yes, the air conditioning is central. In shared flats (2-bedroom and 3-bedroom), one central unit controls the entire apartment.
Washing costs AUD 5, and drying costs AUD 5 per load.
Parking fees have not been confirmed yet, but they will be lower than what other Perth City PBSA providers charge (less than AUD 65). The exact price is still to be determined.
There are no obstructions since the area is suburban. However, lower-level rooms may receive less sunlight. The LG level is actually ground level in Building 3. Building 1 is on a higher slope compared to Building 3.
"Sold out" means bookings are fully booked.
Yes, eventually they will be available, but not at this time.
No, the bond must be paid before check-in, ideally a week in advance, as we need to lodge it with the government.
Yes, we will have our team take and share updated photos.
Building 3 has already been tested and approved, and Building 1 is currently going through the same process. Your room will be ready on time. Please note that construction is still ongoing for Building 2, so residents may see works around them, but not inside their building.
Yes, the same 30-day cancellation policy applies as with all other spaces.
