Payment and Fees
1. The property requires you to pay 2 weeks' rent to reserve your room at the time of booking. 2. This amount will be offset against your rental payment.
Credit/Debit card (Direct Debit)
1. You are required to pay a bond equivalent to 4 weeks rent before checking in. 2. This will be refunded at the end of the tenancy provided you have no outstanding rent, damages to the room or cleaning fees. 3. If you book a short-stay you do not need to pay a bond but you will have to pay a $100 admin fee.
The property offers 2 options: 1. Payment in full 2. Fortnightly payments
The property does not require you to provide any guarantors.

Can I have friends or family to stay?
If you are in a shared apartment, you cannot have any overnight guests. If you are in a studio apartment and would be happy to share your double bed, you can have a guest for a night or two. We have a strict policy regarding guests sleeping on the floor due to this being a fire safety regulation.
Are the social spaces always open?
Yep! Common spaces are all open 24/7. You can also book the space if you would like a guaranteed time.
Is Wi-Fi included?
Yes, we offer high-speed Wi-Fi as standard in all rooms, and it’s also available in our social spaces and communal areas.
What appliances are included in your apartment when you arrive?
All apartments are fitted with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven/microwave and certain ones with a cooktop. Other appliances may depend on the type of room you book with. Vacuum cleaners, mops, irons and ironing boards are available to hire free of charge
Where do I do my washing?
They have on-site laundry facilities for you to use whenever you need them during your stay.
What equipment is in the gym?
The residences that include a gym on-site have free weights and/or weight training equipment, cardiovascular equipment and yoga mats. Some of our properties also have fitness suites with more specialised equipment or dance/yoga studios!
Can I have parcels delivered to my building?
Their reception team is always on hand to accept your parcels and signed-for items, so you never miss a delivery. they’ll also send you an email reminder when your package is ready for collection.
Who is responsible for cleaning?
They look after cleaning in the communal spaces.
You are responsible for cleaning in your apartment, along with your roommates if you have them.
How secure is the bike storage?
Most of bike storage is inside their secure properties, so only residents can gain access. However, in some residences bike storage is outside on campus and where possible away from the main streets. In all cases, they recommend using a secure bike lock for extra security.
Is there always a member of staff available on site?
They have staff available 24 hours a day, so if you ever have a request, a member of their residence team can help you day or night.
How safe is the accommodation?
All of the entrances to residences are access controlled as well as monitored by CCTV 24 hours a day, and all apartment doors secured with electronic locks operated with a key fob. they also aim to always have resident teams on site should you ever need extra support.
Is the building regularly inspected for fire safety?
The safety of our students is very important to us. They have fire alarm tests and inspections on fire safety practices regularly across all of their residences.
For the 2-bedroom shared apartment, is the kitchen communal for the entire building or only for residents of that apartment type? Is there just one communal kitchen, or does each floor have its own?
The 2-bedroom shared apartment has its own private kitchen. Only the 2-bed co-living type does not have a kitchen (just a bathroom and toilet). Communal kitchens are available on floors with shared co-living flats, except for the top two floors, which do not have communal kitchens.
Is the air conditioning central? Are there units in both the living room and bedroom?
Yes, the air conditioning is central. In shared flats (2-bedroom and 3-bedroom), one central unit controls the entire apartment.
How much does laundry and drying cost?
Washing costs AUD 5, and drying costs AUD 5 per load.
I heard there is a parking garage being built. How will parking fees be charged?
Parking fees have not been confirmed yet, but they will be lower than what other Perth City PBSA providers charge (less than AUD 65). The exact price is still to be determined.
Will rooms below Level 1 (e.g., LG, L, HG levels) have any obstructions or blocked views?
There are no obstructions since the area is suburban. However, lower-level rooms may receive less sunlight. The LG level is actually ground level in Building 3. Building 1 is on a higher slope compared to Building 3.
Does "sold out" on the website mean bookings are fully booked, or that bookings haven’t opened yet?
"Sold out" means bookings are fully booked.
Currently, only July move-ins are available. Will August and September move-ins be available for booking soon?
Yes, eventually they will be available, but not at this time.
Can I pay the bond upon arrival at the front desk instead of upfront?
No, the bond must be paid before check-in, ideally a week in advance, as we need to lodge it with the government.
Could you share some updated photos of the rooms?
Yes, we will have our team take and share updated photos.
Since this is a newly opened apartment, will construction be completed in time for normal move-in? Also, will a compliance report be provided regarding formaldehyde concerns?
Building 3 has already been tested and approved, and Building 1 is currently going through the same process. Your room will be ready on time. Please note that construction is still ongoing for Building 2, so residents may see works around them, but not inside their building.
Is there a 30-day unconditional cancellation policy?
Yes, the same 30-day cancellation policy applies as with all other spaces.
