For bookings over 90 days, a payment equivalent to 2 weeks’ rent in advance is required as part of the 6-week payment. The 2-week rent-in-advance payment is non-refundable if the student cancels before the Residential Tenancy Agreement starts. For bookings under 90 days, a $200 hold is required as a guarantee against damages or extra services, or $500 for Studios.
