    If your course has been cancelled by your university, please reach out to the Amber team with the relevant supporting documentation. We will liaise with the property team to review your request on a case-by-case basis for cancellation. The resolution will be subject to the property's assessment and the terms of your booking.
  • Deferring Studies
    If you have deferred your studies, please contact the Amber team and share your updated university documentation. We will notify the property team to review your request for cancellation/contract amendment. Requests are assessed individually, and the final outcome will be subject to the property's review and booking terms.
  • No Visa No Pay
    If the student is unable to secure their Student Visa, they may cancel the booking and receive a full refund of all amounts paid. Written notice must be provided to Campus Perth at least 1 week before the booked arrival or agreement start date. Official written confirmation from the embassy confirming the visa refusal must be provided.
  • No Place No Pay
    If the student is unable to obtain a place at the education provider they applied to, they may cancel the booking and receive a full refund of all amounts paid. Written notice must be provided to Campus Perth at least 1 week before the booked arrival or agreement start date. Official written confirmation from the educational institution confirming the enrolment outcome must be provided.
  • Early termination by students
    For short stays (bookings under 90 days), students who need to leave before the booked departure date must provide at least 2 weeks’ written notice. For long stays (bookings over 90 days), once the Residential Tenancy Agreement has commenced, the agreement cannot simply be cancelled. For long stays, the student remains responsible for rent payments until a replacement tenant is found by the student, in line with the agreement and applicable legislation in WA.
