Campus Perth is located on Stirling Street, just a few minutes walk away from the citys Central Business District area and within easy commuting distance of the citys top universities. Those who study at the University of Western Australia have a 28-minutes bus ride ahead of them whereas Curtin University, The University of Notre Dame, and Murdoch University all take less than 45-minutes to reach by subway.


The area is well-connected to the entire city via public transport, with the nearest bus stop only a 3-minutes walk away from the residence. McIver Train Station takes 5-minutes to reach on foot, making it easier to travel around the city. During the weekends, you can head to Elizabeth Quay which is a 16-minutes walk away, and enjoy the scenic view while taking a leisurely stroll alongside the riverside.

Booking Details

Cancellation Policy

(A) The Student can cancel a tenancy agreement without penalty provided a written notice has been provided to Campus Perth at least 30 calendar days prior to the agreement start date.
(B) If cancellation is made to Campus Perth less than 30 days before the tenancy agreement start date, the Student will be responsible for paying rent until a replacement tenant has been found. The rent paid in advance may be retained partially or in full as per Campus Perths discretion.
(C) A penalty will not be charged in the case where cancellation of the agreement is due to failure to secure an Offer of Enrolment or Student Visa. Written notice must be given to Campus Perth at least 14 days before the tenancy agreement start date and supported with written verification confirming decline of offer and/or visa.

Payment Details

Payment

To secure your stay, 2 weeks deposit is required upfront and will go towards the first 2 weeks of rent. As per WA State Government Residential Tenancy Act, (referred to as RTA) a 4 week bond is required to be paid via Campus Perth prior to check in and may be fully or partially refunded 2 weeks after student check out & room inspection is satisfactory. For stays under 90 days, full payment will be made prior to check-in.

Payment for the room can be made in advanced fortnightly instalments through direct bank transfer.

What contract lengths do you provide?

We understand the importance of being able to have flexible lease options to suit all types of students, so we created contracts from 12-21 weeks, 22 weeks, 44 weeks, and 52 weeks.

How many beds do you have?

Campus Perth has a total of 726 beds across our 11-storey high building.

How many rooms do you have?

318 rooms in four different configurations: Studio, Twodio, Campus 4 & Cluster 6

Who can live at Campus Perth?

Any student, domestic and international, aged 17+ who is enrolled in a Perth university, vocational college, English school, or registered training provider.

How will you handle 17 year olds?

Under 18s will be placed in the same rooms and floors with others under 18s so they can be monitored and kept safe easily. We require that the under 18 students must also have a guardian within Australia who is responsible for the student. Campus Perth also ensures that the daily checks on the student and curfews are in place and should the student request to leave Campus Perth overnight, we require a written confirmation from the guardian.

How will you be across cultural differences?

We are taking a proactive approach by ensuring that our whole team understands how diverse each culture is. All students will have to participate in an orientation program where we will clearly state Campus Rules which will address expectations on considerate and harmonious community living, Australian values and the approachability of our Residential Advisors to communicate any issues (big or small).
