Payment and Fees
Booking Deposit
A payment equivalent to two (2) weeks’ rent is required to secure the booking. The two weeks’ rent is applied towards the first two weeks of rent once the tenancy commences. The two weeks’ rent is not an additional fee. Security Deposit
