You have failed to achieve the grades to continue your study at university.In these circumstances, please provide evidence (UCAS notification) to the Residents Team within 72 hours of being notified.

    For 26-27 AY:-The only other instance where you may be able to cancel outside of the cooling off period is if you are able to provide a replacement tenant to take over the remainder of your contract. You will not be able to explore this option if your rent account is in arrears. The replacement tenant must not already be living in a property.     What can’t I do in my accommodation?

    For health and safety reasons, they don't allow candles, incense burners, deep fat fryers, or any electrical appliances that don't comply with British standards and statutory regulations. They are also unable to accommodate E-scooters or any other alternatives. Please don't bring any of these on-site.

    Who will come into my room?

    They carry out room inspections three times a year and occasionally health and safety checks, but they'll always give you at least 24 hours' notice before entering your room.
