Booking Deposit

<p><strong>Short-term tenancies (up to 12 weeks): </strong>€100 deposit + €40 booking fee.</p><p><strong>Long-term tenancies (13 to 26 weeks): </strong>€500 deposit + €80 booking fee (includes an additional room cleaning during your stay!).</p>

Security Deposit

<p>For Short Term Bookings&nbsp;<strong>(bookings less than 3 months)</strong></p><p>1. You need to make a payment of&nbsp;<strong>€140&nbsp;</strong>at the end of the check-out process to complete the booking.</p><p>2. Out of this<strong>&nbsp;€40</strong>&nbsp;is your booking fee and is&nbsp;<strong>non refundable</strong>, the&nbsp;<strong>€100</strong>&nbsp;makes a part of your&nbsp;<strong>refundable</strong>&nbsp;security deposit.</p><p>For Long Term Bookings&nbsp;<strong>(bookings more than and equal to 3 months)</strong></p><p>1. You need to make a payment of<strong>&nbsp;€340&nbsp;</strong>at the end of the check-out process to complete the booking.</p><p>2. Out of this<strong>&nbsp;€40</strong>&nbsp;is your booking fee and is&nbsp;<strong>non refundable</strong>, the&nbsp;<strong>€300</strong>&nbsp;makes a part of your&nbsp;<strong>refundable</strong>&nbsp;security deposit.</p>

Pay In Instalment

<p>Rent can be paid in advance through <strong>monthly installments</strong>.</p>

Mode Of Payment

<p>1. NexPay</p><p>2. Credit card, debit card and bank transfer.</p><p>3. Cash payments are not accepted by the property.</p><p><strong>Please note:&nbsp;</strong>Payments over&nbsp;<strong>€500&nbsp;</strong>are not accepted from cards outside the European Union.</p>

Guarantor Requirement

<p>The property <strong>does not</strong> require you to provide any guarantors.</p>

Additional Fees

<p>Airport Transfer fee: €70 per person in Dublin.</p><p>Washing machine is available at the property for a €1/h fee</p>

Cooling Off Period

<p><strong>Before moving in:</strong></p><p><strong>Short term bookings (less than 3 months)</strong></p><p>1. Free cancellation within 72 hours of making the booking, except when the booking date is within 21 days of check-in.</p><p>2. Full refund less the booking fee (€40) up to 21 days prior to check-in.</p><p>3. €140 cancellation fee if cancelled 21 days or less before check-in.</p><p><strong>Long term bookings (3 months or longer)</strong></p><p>1. Free cancellation within 45 days of making the booking, except when the booking date is within 21 days of check-in.</p><p>2. Full refund less €180 up to 21 days prior to check-in.</p><p>3. €580 cancellation fee if cancelled 21 days or less before check-in.</p>

Other cancellation policies

<p><strong>Any alterations in the booking (short and long):</strong></p><p>1. One change to the check-in date is allowed free of charge if requested at least 21 days before the original check-in date.</p><p>2. Additional changes will require a new booking fee and deposit.</p><p><strong>After Moving In | Cancellation within 24-hour:</strong></p><p>Guests may choose one of the following options:</p><p>1. An alternative accommodation (subject to availability)</p><p>2. A full refund of the rental amount, if no suitable alternative is available.</p><p><strong>To be eligible, the Guest must:</strong></p><p>1. Notify the property in writing within 24 hours of check-in.</p><p>2. Provide photo or video evidence showing significant deficiencies or discrepancies from the advertised listing.</p><p>3. Vacate the accommodation within 24 hours of check-in.</p><p><strong>Note: </strong>Deposits and additional charges are non-refundable.</p><p><strong>After 24 Hours | Short -Term Bookings:</strong></p><p>1. Early departures or cancellations require a minimum 28-day notice period.</p><p>2. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the loss of the security deposit and any remaining rental amount.</p><p>3. The rental amount already paid is non-refundable.</p><p><strong>After 24 Hours | Long -Term Bookings:</strong></p><p>1. A Fixed-Term Lease applies which means that guests are responsible for completing the full rental period as agreed at the time of booking.</p><p>2. If unable to stay, guests must find a replacement. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the security deposit and any remaining rental amount.</p><p>3. Move-out dates cannot be changed during the lease, but may be adjusted before move-in.</p><p>4. The rental amount already paid is non-refundable.</p>
