How do book during times of Coronavirus?

 Please check below our flexible cancellation fee due to the coronavirus crisis, we have updated our cancellation policy as below - valid for new bookings only and check ins between 28th of March until 31st of August 2020.

The above cancellation policy applies for new bookings only and for check ins between 28th of March until 31st of August and for the following: travel warnings/restrictions, flights cancelled, school programs enrolled in but cancelled or deferred online.

What do I need at arrival?

 Your confirmation letter and most important your passport or ID. 

What is included in the rent?

All bills, Wi-Fi, Gym (in most residences, please double check with us), common facilities.

Available on extra charge: laundry on site, cleaning service.

Can I extend my stay at any time with them?

 Yes, you can but depending on availability. 

What are your room types?

Studio: 100% privacy. Kitchen & Bathroom inside the room.

Lower Level, Mid. Level, Upper Level: Prices change according to the floor level.

Silver, Bronze, Gold: rooms differentiate only in square metre. Check webpage.

What is the difference between Ensuite & Studio?

Ensuite rooms have a Bathroom inside the room. Kitchen is shared with another 6 students who live with you on the same floor.

Is there a reception and security on site?

Every residence has a reception during the day and security 7/24. 

How can I use the Laundry?

There is laundry on site which works with an application you can download and wash whenever you wish to. One wash together with drying is approx. 4

Can I change Rooms or Residence?

Yes, you can depend on availability. 

Can I have guests over?

Yes, you are allowed to have guests up to 7 days in one month period. They will need to be registered in the reception.

Can I book cleaning service?

yes, you can book cleaning through an application at an extra charge.

What will I find inside the room?

Ensuites: A double bed, desk, wardrobe. Please check bedding pack.

Shared Kitchen: microwave, oven, fridge. Please check kitchen pack.

Do you recommend the Kitchen Pack?

You have two different kitchen packs available through us. The basic option provides you with the min. tools you may need for light cooking. The large option provides you with everything you may need in the long-term. Alternatively, you can purchase it yourself once you arrive.

Do you recommend the Bedding Pack?

Once you arrive in your room, you may be too tired to leave again and buy bedding stuff yourself. We recommend you to purchase the bedding pack through us so you can relax and find your pillow and blanket ready waiting for you. Its up to you, of course.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, no. 

What is the nationality mix and who is living in the Residence?

We are lucky to welcome students from all over the world. Everyone staying in the residence is a student either enrolled in higher education, a language school or doing an internship.
