Everything is run relatively smoothly here. This is mainly because of Hayley. Every time I met her, she made my day. She always genuinely wants to help in whatever way she can. As long as Hayley works there, you will be in good hands. I would also like to add that Mariana is also very nice and helpful. I am assured that they provide the best customer service for students in Perth among all the other accommodations for students.
