Everything is run relatively smoothly here. This is mainly because of Hayley. Every time I met her, she made my day. She always genuinely wants to help in whatever way she can. As long as Hayley works there, you will be in good hands. I would also like to add that Mariana is also very nice and helpful. I am assured that they provide the best customer service for students in Perth among all the other accommodations for students.

Safe and cool place to live. Close to uni and staff are very helpful to newcomers. I felt at home on my first day. I recommend new comers to stay permanently for six months before thinking of moving out. Best for utilities.

As a practical person, this place is perfect for me. Close to University's main area, gym, and shopping centre. Few bus stops just in front of the house if you need to go to the city. Friendly staff, and there are lots of events every month, from food events to sports events.
