Refund processed within 6–8 weeks after the property receives the completed Deposit Refund Form and required documentation.
Students may pay their accommodation fees in installments. A maximum of 6 instalments is available. The available installment plan depends on the length of the booking. Students should confirm the available instalment option with their sales agent. Failure to pay any instalment on time may result in: Immediate withdrawal of the instalment plan. The entire outstanding accommodation fee becomes immediately due and payable.

A UK guarantor is not required to book accommodation. International students can secure their booking by paying the Security Deposit and the First Instalment. Room Change Fee: £100 (exclusive of VAT), plus any applicable room price difference.
