They will always first try to establish if there is anything that can be done to help you and your housemates to live in harmony without anyone moving room. However, move requests will be accommodated whenever possible, subject to availability and a cleaning/admin charge.

When is my rent due?


To allow you to avoid paying one big lump sum and to co-inside with student loan payments, rent is collected in instalments at different times of the year depending on the property you are living in. What if I do not pay the initial payment within 7 days?

However, if you are able to find a suitable replacement for your room, then the tenancy will be cancelled.
