You are required to pay the first month’s rent and the last month’s rent in advance at the time of booking.

A security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent is required. This deposit is fully refundable in cases of visa rejection or for No place in the university

Rent can be paid either in full or in monthly instalments. Payments are due on the 1st of every month or on a subsequent date aligned with the commencement date of the property lease.

All rent and related payments must be made via bank transfer.

A local or international guarantor is accepted.

There is no cooling-off period for this property.

If a tenant visa application is rejected and they are unable to travel, the tenant will be eligible for a full refund of the booking amount. However, this is subject to the guest providing proof of the visa rejection from the relevant authorities. Refunds will be processed once the necessary documentation has been reviewed, refund will be provided within 30 days.

• If the property management fail to provide you the exact same property which you have booked for and no prior communication is made with you regarding the new property provided and confirmation for the same is not provided by the tenant. Then the tenant is eligible for a refund of the amount paid to the property management.
• If there is any Major issues such as Heaters not working, Hot water not available, No running water, No cooking stoves any such matters which can cause a serious difficulty to the tenant's stay reported with in 3 days of moving into the property and the property failed to solve the matter in 15 working days then the tenant is eligible for Refund
