Rent can be paid either in full or in monthly instalments. Payments are due on the 1st of every month or on a subsequent date aligned with the commencement date of the property lease.
All rent and related payments must be made via bank transfer.
A local or international guarantor is accepted.
There is no cooling-off period for this property.
If a tenant visa application is rejected and they are unable to travel, the tenant will be eligible for a full refund of the booking amount. However, this is subject to the guest providing proof of the visa rejection from the relevant authorities. Refunds will be processed once the necessary documentation has been reviewed, refund will be provided within 30 days.
